The Comforter Series chairs feature a plush full-chaise seat which provides full-body support from head to toe and new armrests that have been brought forward giving more grip area and support when standing up. And its split-seam lumbar pillow and head pillow means there is a larger pillow in the center for greater support and smaller support pillows on the side.  

PR531 (Wide) is built with a wider seating area and greater lifting capacity to accommodate people who need more space between the armrests.  

This lift chair also boasts a pocketed coil seat. Each spring glides up or down independently to give your body consistent, reflective seat support. Pocketed coil springs keep your seat looking great! Every time you get up, the springs expand and press upwards, maintaining the seat’s shape and eliminating sagging.

The Lift & Recline Technology in Comforter Series PR531 (Wide)  

As with all lift chairs, the PR531 (Wide) easily raises to a standing position and gently lowers to a seated position with simple 2-button control. Its whisper-quiet motors won't disturb anyone in the household.

PR531 (Wide) utilizes the Comfort 1 Zone system that provides ergonomic placement of your lower body, allowing your muscles to relax for long-lasting comfort. The comfort zone can be adjusted using the two buttons on the hand control.

Golden’s Easy Living chenille fabric comes standard in a choice of 5 colors. For an additional fee, and if you don’t mind waiting a few weeks for delivery, you also have the option to have the chair built for you in either of the other 4 types of fabrics that Golden offers.
